Last week’s broadcast brought an exclusive Urban Landscapes Guestmix from Bigga Bush (Stereo Deluxe, Germany). As one of the members of the legendary Rockers Hi-Fi production team, Glyn Bush has shown a strong interest in all things dubby and bassy. Under the guise of Lightning Head, he’s released the long-player Studio Don for Germany’s Sonar Kollektiv. Another Lightning Head album is in the works. His most recent album, the compilation mix album Sound Sensation, is available through Stereo Deluxe.

Based in Baltimore, Iguassu (nee-Michael Mitchell) gained noticed when Michael Ruetten, aka Soulpatrol, started off one of his revered Soulsearching compilations (at the time, for Infracom Records) with the tune “Arrow Bicks.” Having released an album and several EP’s, Iguassu has just released “Gurgles,” a combined CD/DVD project. The DVD was recorded in 5.1 surround sound. Tracks from the CD are included in this, an exclusive mix for Urban Landscapes.
