I don’t have much time at the moment, as there are too many things for me to do. I just wanted to give you heads up on a few things.

• Miami was a blast; had a great time there. My experiences will be told through blogs in both words and pictures, unraveling over the next two weeks in order of events that happened during the week. So if, say, you are looking for pictures from last weekend’s events, expect them to be posted sometime over the next two weeks.
• Speaking of photos on the site, I’ve had to turn off the ability both to view and make comments in the photo gallery. It seems that spam has been littered all over there through hundreds and hundreds of comments. I’ve also had to turn off some online forms on the main site, as well. I’ll be working on having them active again once I’m able to tame the spam gremlins.
• New show will air this week with loads of fresh sounds. The last show before Miami will be coming sometime in the next week or so.

Thanks for your patience and understanding. All of this is going to take a big chunk of time to do, and I would like to keep it as manageable as can be so that I don’t go nutso. I do appreciate you checking, so hold tight.

It’s Sunday afternoon here in San Luis Obispo as I’m typing this. The weather is just beautiful here; unseasonably so for this time of year. It’s partly cloudy, but with mostly blue skies and bright sunshine that makes me appreciate California.

Last Thursday’s show is now up with more music from recent and forthcoming albums, some top new tunes, and a drum n’bass mix to boot. The latter was a practice session I’ve done prior to the weekly mix show that I co-host here. The naysayers might feel that drum n’bass has passed its relevancy, but I beg to differ–especially since quality goodness continues to be set free. Presented for your listening enjoyment, I hope you like what you hear.

It’s now just a week away from my return trip to Miami, revolving around the Winter Music Conference (the oldest dance music conference of its kind). I’m sure that things will come quicker than quick, and I’m really looking forward to the trip. Until then, one more show will be on tap this week before I hit the road.

I hope you’ve enjoyed last week’s cover broadcast. It was a great deal of fun, and like all good things most everything came together nicely.

So here we are…March; that magic time of the year for many into the dance scene. In about two weeks’ time, those who make the music, spread the music, and dance to the music will converge on the shores of South Beach. It’s one huge 24/7 party for about a week…on rooftops, poolsides, ballrooms, bars, yachts, penthouses, and even (*gasp*) clubs! The big thing is that you don’t need to attend the Winter Music Conference to get involved in the festivities. You do, for the most part, need your wallet…or know peeps that you can get you on guestlists galore. Often, there might be more parties and events going on than you’ll have time to attend. I’m looking forward to my third visit, the first in two years. I have plans, and some of them will be shared upon my return.

In the meantime, a batch of fresh goods, newly domestic gems, cool new albums and quality booty-shaking music to get you going, ending on a mellow note (but not too so…stick around cuz I think you’ll enjoy). Soak in the great music, and lose yourself to the sounds. Peace.
