So the original intent of this week’s show was to have the middle of the show be the time to dig in to the records that I’ve pulled off my shelf that have otherwise been there for eons. More often than not, most of the music played on the show is only heard once, then stored away until whatever DJ gigs come along.

Due to some technical difficulties (yes, another one), I wasn’t able to play new music this week. So it was a good thing that the records were on standby, and I think I’ve made good use of them on this week’s show. I’ve promised last year during the show’s 10th anniversary year that I would do some more shows featuring nothing but classic Urban Landscapes fare. Consider this yet another freestyle selection of such music, with more such shows on the way. It’s really great to go back, and share the music with you, whether you’re hearing the music for the first time or if the music gives you a good sense of nostalgia.

Meanwhile, I hope to work out the tech kinks and give you a full-on selection of new digs come next week. And believe me, the selection is quality.
